At the center of Harvest Baptist Church is the preaching and teaching of God's Word. Whether it is the Morning Worship service or a Wednesday night prayer meeting -- the Word of God is preached verse by verse and chapter by chapter. This time we spend together as a body of believers draws us nigh unto God. The result of such a drawing to God draws us closer to each other. There can be no substitute for the preaching of God's Word in God's house of worship; however, there are times any one of us can be providentially hindered from attending a church service -- or we would just like to hear a particular sermon again. We have provided our sermons here for you to download, or to subscribe to as a podcast.

    Here are a few suggestions for the one preparing to hear the preaching of God's Word:
       1. Search your heart...be certain there is no known unconfessed sin in your own life.
       2. Have a pliable heart...come to this time seeking the next step of faith the Lord has for you.
       3. Guard your heart...be careful the world doesn't fill your heart--leaving no or little room for the Lord and His Word.

May God use His Word, and the Holy Spirit which indwells the believer, to transform us from within...becoming clearer reflections of our wonderful Savior, Jesus Christ!

Please be aware that many Podcatching applications by default only keep previously listened to episodes for a certain period. If you want to keep them forever you'll need to activate the appropriate "Do Not Delete" or "Keep All" selection in your application. The other alternative is to manually move the MP3 file somewhere else on your computer. This will allow you to archive all the sermons from the feed and keep them to listen to in the distant future without having to re-download them.
